| Goal
PreparationofDesignforcompletepackagesofcompressorsandtrains
Theareaofresponsibilityincludesinparticularthefollowingtasks:
AssistingProcurementinsearchforvendors,auditingandsupportingofvendors(technicalexpediting)
Coordinationwithothertechnicaldepartmentsinvolved,suchasProduction,Procurement,QualityAssuranceandTesting
Workingonplantcomponents,includingpreparationofinquiryandorderspecifications,technicalbidcomparison,reviewandreleaseofsubcontractordocumentsaswellasinspectionofcomponentsatthesubcontractorswithregardtoproject-relatedspecifications
Arrangementplanningofmachinetrains,consistingofcompressors,steamturbines,motorsandexpanders,aswellastherelatedplantcomponents,suchasheatexchangers,oilsystems,etc.,includingtheconnectingprocessandutilitypiping.Planningismadebyusing3Dplantplanningsystem(PDMS)
Preparationofgeneralarrangementandfoundationloaddrawings,pipingplans,isometricdrawings,etc.
PreparationofpartslistsinSAPR/3
Requirementprofile:
CompletedtechnicalstudiesasaMechanicalEngineer(BachelororMaster)
Experienceinthefieldofturbineandcompressorplantdesign/plantengineering
Goodskillsinpipingsystemsengineeringasand/orasMSRIengineering
Good3D-CADskills(preferablyPDMS)andagoodspatialsense
Knowledgeoftherelevantdirectives,includingASME,APIetc.,andespeciallyoflocaldirectives,suchasGBChinaStandard
SAP-R/3experiencewouldbedesirable
GoodcommandofEnglish,Germanpreferential
